Attorney
-Representing Burnet County and the Texas Hill Country through his legal practice for over 30 years.
-Legal emphasis on County and City relations, business law, real estate law and general practice areas.
-Served as Burnet County Attorney as well being an active member of the Marble Falls City Council and Burnet County
-Emergency Services District #1.
-Heavy involvement in political campaigns since 1982, working with local, state and federal campaigns.

-General legal practice in Burnet County and surrounding counties since 1982.
-Legal emphasis on county and city relations, business law, real estate law and other general practice areas.    
-Burnet County Attorney for over 11 years, representing Burnet County in civil litigation along with normal county attorney duties.
-Involved in Grant writing as Burnet County Attorney.
-Represented numerous nonprofits, property owner's associations, developers and municipalities in the area.
-Former Member of the Marble Falls City Council.
-Former Member of the Burnet County Emergency Services District #1.
-Owned and operated Blanco County Title Company providing a wide range of experience in title and real estate.
-Independent oil operator through family business in Medina County, Texas.
-Heavy involvement in political campaigns since 1982, having worked with local, state and federal campaigns.
-Has assisted his father, J. H. Klaeger, with research and development, patenting and marketing of many of his father's numerous patents.
EDUCATION
-Graduated from St. Mary's University with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science in 1979.
-Graduated from St. Mary's Law School in 1982.
-Admitted to the State Bar of Texas in November, 1982.
HONORS
-Awarded the James Madison Award from the Freedom of Information Foundation of Texas for prosecutions under the Open Meetings Act.
-Voted "Best Attorney" by The Highlander newspaper in Marble Falls numerous times.
-Winner of the The Picayune  newspaper in Marble Falls "Reader's Choice Award" numerous times.
-Voted the 2011 "Best Couple" by the Burnet Bulletin newspaper, primarily because of my wife, Donna.
